Hello Shipmates, Well, arrangements for the reunion are all going according to plan – we are now fully booked, with a waiting list (members whose guests are on the waiting list will be sent a letter shortly).

Saturday trip - Arrangements are as follows: The coach will leave South Downs Holiday Village around 10.00hrs. and go to Chichester, where you will be able to spend a few hours looking round the cathedral and shopping, and then continue onto Arundel for a short while – it’s a lovely place to look round with some interesting Victorian streets and more shops! The coach leaves Arundel in time to get back to the South Downs Holiday Village at approx 16.00hrs. Cost of Saturday trip - free

Sunday trip This year, the Church service will be held at the Holiday Village. After the service, and before lunch, there will be a concert, and then the afternoon will be free time. There will be some events happening at the Holiday Village in the afternoon, for those who want entertainment, but we won’t be holding a Sunday trip out.

Remainder of balance outstanding The remainder of the balance outstanding for the reunion should reach me NOT LATER THAN 30TH JANUARY 2009.

All cheques should be payable to HMS NEWFOUNDLAND ASSOCIATION.

3 Nights Fri/Sat/Sun £150.00 minus £15 deposit per person (already paid) = £135pp

2 Nights Fri/Sat/ £135.00 minus £15 deposit per person(already paid) = £120pp

Dinner and Dance only £20.00 per person
